Jill Pavone, LMHC is a graduate of Fitchburg State College Master's in Mental Health Counseling program and has diverse experience in working with children, teens, families, and adults. Jill has worked for community mental health agencies, intensive substance abuse treatment, and statewide systems in her diverse career. She has extensive training in working with families dealing with transitional or life crises, as well as individuals needing treatment for mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, anger management, and substance abuse. Jill has extensive experience both working with first responders and personnel, as well as their families, as well as serving as one in her own work. She offers an approach to treatment that combines evidence-based techniques that provide for optimal goal achievement with solution-focused skill development, such as CBT, mindfulness, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.
